If you’re a Verizon customer and happen to be experiencing issues, you’re not alone. Verizon is not working in many parts of the US.
“Completely out in Woodbury. Using straight talk phones with Verizon SIM aka towers,” a user reports. “Nothing in Kingston Hurley,” says another.
Some of the most affected locations include New York City, Philadelphia, Newburgh, Brooklyn, and many more.
The company hasn’t officially acknowledged the problem but Verizon Support on Twitter is directing complaints to the team. It is also asking people to head to this support page for tips on what to do in an outage.
