When Fitbit launched the Charge 5, it also announced a new feature coming to most of its lineup. This new feature would (finally) combine multiple pieces of data your tracker logs and give you an easy-to-understand score.
This new feature is now here: the Daily Readiness Score. It is similar to Garmin’s Body Battery feature in that it lets you know how much activity you should do that day based on various metrics. You can read more about how it works below.
